چکیده

In the present study seed-born fungi in choy sum (Brassica Chinensis Var. Parchinensis) was detected through a near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy–based nondestructive technique. Four common species of seed-borne namely, Penicillium decumbens, namyslowskii, Lichtheimia corymbifera, and Aspergillus niger were found to grow southern China. A novel finding that P. decumbens had greatest inhibition germination Choy seeds, resulting non-germination rate exceeding 62.8%. The existing standardized seed sterilization treatment failed completely kill so way nondestructively identify filter out decumbens–infected seeds wereevolved is urgently needed. Near-infrared partial least squares–discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) model achieved discrimination accuracy 95% on-line detection seeds. By detailing design application an innovative product, this lays foundation for development intelligent equipment, it provides decision-making basis breeding industrialization germplasm supervision. Nondestructive Firmness Estimation of Tomato Fruit Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy

Today, nondestructive methods are widely used to determine the quality of agricultural products. Meanwhile, visible and near-infrared (Vis/NIR) spectroscopy is regarded as one of the most widely used methods in the field of quality assessment of agricultural products. In this study, a system was developed to measure the Vis/NIR spectra of tomato fruit samples in the half-transmittance mode of m...

Nondestructive Detection and Quantification of Blueberry Bruising using Near-infrared (NIR) Hyperspectral Reflectance Imaging

Currently, blueberry bruising is evaluated by either human visual/tactile inspection or firmness measurement instruments. These methods are destructive, time-consuming, and subjective. The goal of this paper was to develop a non-destructive approach for blueberry bruising detection and quantification. Experiments were conducted on 300 samples of southern highbush blueberry (Camellia, Rebel, and...

Development of near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) calibration model for estimation of oil content in a worldwide safflower germplasm collection

The development of NIRS calibration model as a rapid, precise, robust, and cost-effective method to estimate oil content in ground seeds of worldwide safflower germplasm collection grown under different agro-climatic conditions was the key objective of this research project. The oil content was measured by accelerated solvent extraction method in a total of 328 samples collected across 2004 (16...

Detection of Capsule Tampering by Near-Infrared Reflectance Analysis

CONCLUSION This paper has demonstrated that PbH, is not generated in organic media in conditions similar to those required in water. It has been proved that when lead is introduced in the form of a volatile organometallic compound, such as PbR4, the process that takes place is the volatilization of the PbR, itself and not the formation of PbH4 as might be expected. This volatilization is even m...
